The Mission of Pacific West Mechanical,
Inc. is to provide the highest level of service to our customers while
maintaining accurate, efficient and cost effective methods of project
management. This will be achieved by researching, procuring and/or
refining techniques, equipment and systems to continually improve our
image of quality and customer satisfaction while maintaining an equally
high level of satisfaction.
Teamwork is the key to successful projects at Pac West.
From initial analysis to design, planning and installation, every team
member plays a critical role. Our supervisors, project managers and
technical personnel are trained in both the shop and the field to meet the
challenges faced by those who install and maintain piping systems. The
"cross training" philosophy encourages understanding and communication
among project crews. It means that we proactively troubleshoot rough spots
and solve problems while keeping projects on schedule.
Innovation brings state-of-the-art technology and
hands-on experience for a winning combination. When a project entails new
challenges and/or irregular requirements, our managers brainstorm with
crew members to find a solution. Once the design is established, computers
generate accurate estimating, budgeting and engineering and project
management to ensure smooth operations.
Training of personnel at Pac West is rigorous and
thorough. All employees (including pipefitters, welders, equipment
operators, labor crews and plumbers) must perform to the highest
standards. Our team members undergo years of structured learning,
certification checks, and educational updates to ensure that projects are
completed efficiently and properly. Our accessibility to professionally
trained labor pools gives Pac West a resource of qualified personnel to
meet the demands of large-scale projects.
Meeting the Challenge of installation once the piping
system is designed, purchased and ready for fitting can be extremely
difficult in many instances. It can involve setting major mechanical
equipment atop high rise buildings, laying extremely deep underground
utility piping, installing contamination-free supply lines for
manufacturing, medical gases and food processing, or observing all the
precautions associated with hazardous gases and toxic waste.
Pacific West Mechanical, Inc. has successfully met these
challenges in past projects and continues to meet the exacting demands
created by many industries.
